This Stitch Welding machine is for production duct elbow. The duct elbow can be widely used in HVAC duct system.
The elbow welder is subassembly, compact design. Welding speed and slot distance can be adjusted by figure on the board. The machine is controlled by Numerical system and keeps high precision.
It is consisted of two welders, the inner seam welding machine, and outer seam welding machine.

Stitch welded Elbows
The Stitch-welded elbows, or stitched halves, are galvanized metal elbows that are stamped out using mechanical presses and forming dies, resulting in a very tight elbow. The stamping process does limit the gauges that can be used with this kind of elbow, so when using larger sizes, the application should be limited to light dust or air.
