2:are you material galvanized steel or stainless steel？

3:is it 0.5-1.2mm or 0.5-1.5mm thickness for your raw material？

4:how many raw material rack you need? 1 rack with two coils or 2 rack with 4 coils? And more 1 rack with 1 motor or 1 rack with 2 motors？

5:is it TDF flang,TDC flange ,C+S flange,Angle Steel flange,Slip & Drive？

 Please Note:The price and quality of the air duct production line also depends on the following factors:

1: Whether the servo motor is a European and American brand, a well-known Chinese brand, or an unknown brand, the power of the servo motor, how long the servo motor can work continuously, the price of a server varies by more than 1,200 US dollars. Our servo motor brand is Japanese Yaskawa, which can guarantee that it will work 18 hours a day and have no problems for 5 years.

2: What is the most important material used to press the groove part in roll forming on the air duct production line, and what is the material of the roller,axis. using Gr12, Gr15, Gr40 or ordinary steel? The material we use for roll forming to press the groove part is Gr12, and the roller material is Gr15. The price difference between the same machine appearance is more than 1,400 US dollars. We can guarantee that our rollers will work 8 hours a day and have no problems for 5 years

3: Is the iron plate laid on the main unit a whole iron plate or a small welded iron plate? How thick is it? Has it been finely ground, quenching and tempering? Ours is cut from a 12mm solid iron plate and undergoes finely ground, quenching and tempering. Most of our peers use small pieces of 8mm thick iron plates welded together without finishing finely ground, quenching and tempering.

4: The square tube supporting the machine is usually 2.75mm thick, 100x100mm, and the main part is 5mm. Most of our peers use 2mm, 60x60mm.

5:The decolier is manual driven or motor driven? A decolier with two coils or one? The loading capacity? Price difference can be 1200US dollars

Please Note:The price of the air duct production line also depends on the following factors:

1. All the air duct automatic production line has two types models, 1300mm Model & 1600mm Model,please check for the raw material size.

2. The air duct automatic production line V,VI,VII,VIII can upgrade to 2 bite machines to form the Pittsburgh seam(also called female part) and the single seam(7mm part,also called male part) which means the machine will change the bite machine according to the thickness of the raw material, the working range can do 0.5-1.5 Galvanized steel and 0.5-1.2 stainless steel 304.

3. The air duct automatic production line V,VI,VII,VIII can form the following flanges, so the price is different according to which flange and how many flange forming you want. The machine is composed of different modules as below
